Sussan's professional experience is very diverse. With over 15 year's recruitment industry experience, she has worked across most industry sectors. Sussan specialises in the Executive; HR; IT; Accounting and Finance and non- technical based roles associated within the mining industry. In her new role with Stealth Recruitment, Sussan will focus on the provision of exemplary service to all Stealth Clients.- with a major emphasis on Consultation with business managers to identify and confirm resource requirements; Advice and support in relation to appropriate sourcing channels and strategies  and the coordination of on- boarding and induction processes.; Full end to end recruitment process management including screening applicants, behavioural interviewing and providing recommendations to line management
