DIRECTORS PROFILE
Michael McShane is the Director and founder of
Stealth Recruitment.
Michael joined the recruitment industry over 8 years ago in WA
and learnt the disciplines of recruitment with one of the major
firms in the industry and soon became a Director of a boutique
agency specializing in technical mining recruitment. Michael was
asked to establish a new office in QLD and he successfully grew
this into a highly profitable and reputable operation within 2
years.
Out of a desire to evolve his business to meet the needs and
expectations of his loyal clients and candidates his new venture
was launched in June 2009. Stealth was born out of an unwavering
confidence in Michael's personal ability and his strongly held view
that a severely depressed market could only head in one
direction.
Michael has over 7 years experience as a Geologist covering
senior roles in open pit Mine Geology, Resource and Exploration
related roles in WA, NT and NSW.
He specializes in the supply of mining professional staff of all
levels of experience for the mining sector, on both a permanent and
contract basis. Michael's success is built on his ability to
develop long lasting relationships with both clients and candidates
alike. Combined with his strong technical, industry knowledge and
extensive networks, he is able to locate and provide high quality
personnel and offer a prompt, efficient, honest and reliable
service to meet specific requirements. He will work closely with
clients to continue to raise their profile and attract the best
suited candidates

James Reid utilises his in-depth industry
knowledge and networks to help some of Australia's most prominent
mining companies with everything from sourcing entire technical
teams for brand new operations and mine expansion projects, through
to Executive Searches for Principal level staff and Managers.
When not rigorously hunting the depths of the Earth for the
ever-elusive Mining Engineer or Geologist - that has their head
screwed on clockwise - James is up at 4am hitting the weights and
showing gravity who's boss!
James has 6 years experience recruiting for technical staff -
Mining Engineers, Geologists, Mine Surveyors and Geotechnical
Engineers across Australia and SE Asia and Bachelor of Business
majoring in Human Resources Management.
James understands the technical mining market, its demands and
both the urgency and importance of finding the best candidate IN
the market (not ON the market) that suits your team.

Michael Furze is an accredited professional
with extensive experience across Banking, Insurance, Information
Technology and FMCG. With a background in business development,
training and client relationships he has dedicated these skills to
being a pack leader in Mining Technical Recruitment.
When not on the phone or making jokes at Scott's expense, you
will find him scratching round the tourist sites of Brisbane. Being
new to the Sunshine State he is still exploring his new back yard.
Michael is a laid back bloke who loves the outdoors.

Scott Parsons aka "the big show" is one of
Australia's most connected technical recruiters, With over 8 years'
experience of human resources and recruitment experience Scott has
led both internal and external talent acquisition programs;
delivering successful recruitment solutions to some of the world's
largest and most successful organisations.
Scott has recently join Stealth to move back into external
recruitment after working in-house for Salva Resources. Scott has a
passion for precious metals, rare earth elements and exploration
geology across Australia, the Asia-Pacific and Africa.

Adam Lynch is an industry specialist with over
five years' experience in the resources and infrastructure sectors,
and also the blue collar trades environment. His strengths include
his ability to build and maintain long term successful
relationships with candidates and clients alike, his industry
knowledge, and his genuine desire to make a difference. As a recent
addition to the Stealth Recruitment team, Adam is responsible for
finding the best Maintenance Managers, Reliability Engineers,
Mechanical & Electrical Engineers, and Mechanical &
Electrical Superintendents/Supervisors that the industry has to
offer.
In addition to his role with Stealth, Adam is steadily working
his way through a Bachelor of Business (Marketing/HRM) through
Swinburne University of Technology. A passionate rugby league fan
who can regularly be found at Suncorp Stadium cheering on his
beloved Brisbane Broncos, he is also a fan of cricket, AFL and most
sports in general.
