Geology Roles - Saracen Gold

The past three years have seen Saracen invest over $60m in the Carosue Dam Operations, culminating in its inaugural gold pour in early 2010. Saracen has now emerged as a mid-tier Australian gold producer with a strong resource base of 3.3Moz, and a seven year mine life based upon current reserves. Gold production is sourced from several open pits, with additional high grade ore to be sourced from underground projects currently under development. With the elimination of debt, Saracen is now ideally placed to develop into a significant mining house through the fast tracking of future growth projects and an aggressive exploration program, in what is one of the most prestigious and prospective gold districts in Australia.
